I view the counselling process as a collaborative one - a journey towards growth, reflection, self-discovery and positive change. We will explore self-compassion and discuss how to develop the most important relationship you will ever have - the one with yourself. Life Coaching
Life coaching is different from psychotherapy. Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing and well-being, with a focus on how the past plays a role on the present while life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals with an emphasis on the present and future.
